Interim Finance Direction Services
Definition:
CWS will provide a short term 'Bridge' solution to assist it's clients needing to maintain the flow of financial reports and services that occurs when key financial personnel vacate their positions.
Services provided (individual service requirements may vary):
Complete system review
Training and on-site review of the processes
Review process to ensure efficiency
Review internal control procedures
Review of financial data and statements
Review of chart of accounts
Review of payroll setup and costs
Custom board reports, if applicable
Custom financial reports
Setup the process to get financial statements the first week of each month
Review CPA interface and auditor training to run MOM and access remotely.
Recommendations for any changes will be presented to the prevailing
Authority.
Most of the work to create the financial documents will be done remotely,
unless there is a need to go on-site for review. The prevailing authority
will be notified before an on-site visit is scheduled.
Your staff will be trained to keep the financials in order with the ability
to contact us about any processing questions. After the system review, we
will be familiar with your financial setup and be able to answer any
questions about, for example, what account to post something to. This
service gives you the ability to keep your finances in order without any
downtime between finance directors.
